When you have a moment, please check that VoLTE is enabled on your device, as this can sometimes resolve the issue. While it’s not possible to speak directly with our Technical Team, our Webchat Team will be more than happy to escalate the matter to them for a full investigation if needed.

Hello Natalie,
I have had many texts with Customer Service Agents/Live Web chat.
As many as 5 in one day.
Literally on the Web chat for hours.
Each person troubleshoots but does not escalate to a technician who can actually solve the problem.
The problem is not with my phone.
The problem is I need IMS registration.
I need someone at Smarty to kindly register my phone to have authorisation to use the Network.
Please...
