Data does not work in Romania
I have arrived in Romania, member of the EU, mobile data roaming should work and last year August it did work. We have 3 Smarty accounts in our family, none of them work. I am very disappointed.
When Smarty claims it works in the EU, and it does not, is there any list published on the website that we can check if it should work and which local network should we use for roaming?

Cristin_1133816 Have you tried each of the available networks by setting phone to manual network ?
Don't know of any list like that.
Are you certain that your phones are not linking to a network that it not EU - not sure if you are near Moldova or Ukraine for example?
