I'm trying to get through on the bot chat, i'm on my account yet the bot needs all my personal details which are already in my account profile, then just goes round in circles and you don't get to 'chat' with a human at all

IanHall_1062405 From experience, once you have input all the data, you may well have to wait a fair while to chat with a person; it seems that the service is nearly always busy these days.
