Have you tried a Network Status check for your area? Have you checked your Account Dashboard to make sure that you still have data available?

KevinDe_1481471 UK 0800 numbers are included in all standard calls/texts/data plans but not on data-only plans.
Some numbers can be difficult;I think this is due to your mobile call going to landline service and then out to an internet based number. If you leave it a little while it usually works.
