Connection..
I've recently joined Smarty from O2. I have signal but my calls get cut off. When I try and call back the phone says 'server unavailable '.
Anyone else get this?
It's beyond frustrating and I'm thinking of going back to O2. It seems you get what you pay for.

I too have been having this problem and its progressively gotten worse, when I contacted smarty, they advised me to turn flight mode on and then off, they also stated that after 1 year of been with them their sim is not compatible with my phone. Recently in the last few weeks I am getting cut off mid call with server unreachable, i'm ready to bin smarty,big question is is this a smarty issue or is threes network ?( which smarty uses) Its complete put me off even using an operator that uses three network
Is the when you call a landline that possibly operates over VoIP?
