Confirmation emails
Hi, can we please get this sorted, I reported in late 2025 that your confirmation emails of monthly payments is out of sync. Instead of referring to a date in a months time it refers to todays date. Problem started about November 2025. Surprise, suprise nothing has been done about this embarrasing lack of eye for detail. Others have spotted it, but no action so far. When I tried to highlight it, I was meet with more interest in my account details than this simple to fix piece of wrong information from Smarty. Someone fix it please !!!!! Would have attached picture below to prove my point, but can't find facility to do so, what more do I need to do to get your attention. Argghh.

How this can not be clear suprises me !!!, anyway I have raised a complaint now, as I think the renewal emails mentioning a wrong date is misinformation. Maybe I should have said renewal emails. The account itself is fine with correct dates spanning another month.

KeldOru_1443787 This is the community forum and we do not work for Smarty, so we cannot sort anything like this.
I'm not totally clear what you mean, but I usually get confirmation once I have paid to show that I have a new plan for the coming month.
If you have not had help after taking it to Smarty Support team, then submit it via the Complaints link.
