Change of bank card

Question

I have changed bank card but it defaults to old one on auto renew. Ive tried all the usual instructions but nothing works, shame to have to change provider because it wont let me pay, ive never come accross this before, really easy to change bank cards on amazon and other accounts but not smarty

If you turn off auto-renew temporarily, you will be given an option to forget any saved payment methods. you can then enter your preferred payment method, here is a guide to help&nbsp;https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/952717-updating-your-payment-method
