Can't connect my xbox to the router
Hi I keep trying to connect my xbox to the router but it keeps saying a double NAT is detected and I don't know how to change it to OPEN. If someone could help me out I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks for getting in touch.
I'm afraid SMARTY doesn’t support features like changing NAT types, as we don’t provide traditional broadband routers with port forwarding options. Our SIMs connect over a mobile network, which can often result in a double NAT being detected on devices like an Xbox.
You may still be able to play online, but if you need an open NAT type you’d need to use a different service provider that offers this functionality.
