Cannot access data
Hi all I have unlimited package on smarty,but I can't access my data? Why is this when it is unlimited? Please help?

HelenLea_278818 I answered on your other post where you gave us no information really.
Most of what I wrote still applies. If you have checked all those points, web chat with Smarty Support for them to check your account.
(Also, I assume that you are not Roaming in EU and have used 12Gb of data already - or even roaming outside EU with no credit added to your a/c)

HelenLea_278818 That's not really much info for us to go on really!!!
Have you got an activated sim and a current Smarty plan? Have you checked both Coverage and also Network Status for your area?
Has your phone definitely got mobile data turned on in settings?
Do you see why it's hard to give an exact answer?
