Cancel new sim
Hi I need web chat assistant to cancel the new sim I ordered by mistake and paid £12 for a new deal… how do I proceed? Literally ordered 5 min ago ..?

If you can login there should be an option to say close account or cancel , I did this and it said your account closed and got refunded the £12 https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/terminate
