Can’t send a text
Since swapping to smarty, when I text my husband, he doesn’t receive them yet he can text me and I receive his. We both have same iPhones. He’s on Lyca network. It’s driving me mad! Tried contacting ...
Hi, I would Take your phones to Apple they could look at the settings there it's got to be settings issues not smarty if your husband receiving your texts and you are not it's not smarty
Have you tried go to your phone network settings have a look there
PaulAtk_3043787 Fair points, but not always easy to get to an Apple Store and I foresee the issue of them blaming your network and vice versa.
The phone worked before according to OP and so it is not likely to be a major issue. Also involves only one contact it seems - that's why I suggested deleting from Contacts and sending via tapped in number.
