Call Portugal
Bought my add on for phone Portugal , turned on roaming on my mobile, put in 00351 followed by 9 digit number- couldn't connect. Help!

RUTHDur_2737673 One last thing, have you tried dialling it as +351 and seeing if that makes a difference? I know that 00 is supposed to be an exit code, which is the most common, but there are other exit codes. Doing +351 might route your call correctly.
Yes, tried +351 ...couldn't connect. Do I need sufficient data ?

RUTHDur_2737673 When you call Portugal from the UK, you are not roaming. That thype of call is an International Call and you would need sufficient credit to pay for it. Check out the Smarty Price Guide for details.
Thank you. I turned off the roaming. Only turned on as I couldn't connect. I have bought an add on for calling abroad. Just isn't connecting. Does the add on take time to register on my dashboard?
RUTHDur_2737673 I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "I turned off roaming". Normally there is no need to make any change - when you land in EU countries, you connect to a local network and in non-EU, you connect but also need credit to pay for usage.
