Bill payment over the phone

Hello, I’m struggling to login into smarty mobile, and my phone bill is meant to come out today is there a reason why I can’t login and can I just pay over the phone as it usually just comes out of my bank account?
Melodie_2483626 Have you tried to log in to your account via the web site rather than the app?
Also clear your browser cache if you are having problems.
AndrewF_2364873 I really don't understand what you'd like help with from this limited amount of info.
You can give people your card details for payment or you can use a banking app to set up a direct payment. Is there a problem with that?
