Add on Data
I have a 12GB monthly data allowance. I was using it in a motorhome as a hotspot. When I got a message to say I had 2GB remaining I purchased another 15GB add on. When my remaining 2GB expired I lost access to the internet. I have been through the Smarty help system 3 times and I am assured that my 15GB data is being used. ( now down to 13.4GB). I spoke with the Smarty Accessibity Team who also said my data was available and being used. I followed the advice they provided, and also swapped sims with my wife who is on the same monthly contract as mine.With my home wifi disabled, both phones could access 4G. I put my own sim back in my phone and once again I could not get 4G internet. My phones works OK on my home wifi. I can get 4G through my wife's phone hotspot, but she cannot ot get 4G through my phones hotspot. Somebody please advise
