Jacquli_1692178 If you lost a sim, then presumably you ordered a replacement sim as explained in this article: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/1215834-what-to-do-if-your-sim-card-gets-lost-or-stolen Once you receive the replacement, it needs to be activated.
