2 SIM card on one account

Hello,

I am a mom of a daughter and I earn universal credit, therefore I am on the social tarif plan. I also wanted to get a second SIM card for my daughter but cannot make a new account and benefit from the social tarif plan. Can I have 2 SIM card on a single account which both are on the social tarif account and both have different number.
