I have just received my credit for refering a friend but both of us only received £20 not the £40 shown in the offer.
Do we have to wait for my friends 3rd month to receive the rest of the credit?
Hi I have done but unfortunately only received a single reward of £20 not £40. Not sure why. Email says congrats on double reward but only gifts £20.

Hi Sharon - have both you and your friend renewed for a 3rd month yet? If you both have, please reach out to our customer service team to see what's gone awry. If not, hang tight until you have both reached the 3rd renewal and the reward will trigger then!
What about an actual signal voice and data just keeps getting worse area YO15/16
