£60 Giftcard Promo?
When signing up i used the promo smarty had on money saving expert for a £60 amazon giftcard after 6months (this was 2025) still not had it so yes before anyone says, yes i have done a live chat using the phone app, was told someone would contact me in so many working days and no one ever did, I showed evidence of the promo and its even on my contract and app plan, (I have screenshots and downloads of everything)

Plan for £15 each month Offer (instead of £20), plus an amazing £60 Amazon.co.uk
Gift Card (the “Gift Card”) (January 2025) Which comes from Giftcloud Limited.
Before i make a formal complaint and leave is there anyone else i can chat to about this. Because so far it feels like i am just being fobbed off.

sttubehtlla If you have not had a reply as promised, then you should escalate it via the Complaint route and it should reach higher up the management chain in the company.
Unfortunately, there won't be anyone else you can 'speak' with directly as it all goes through those same agents.
