SMARTY SUPPORT

How do I get support from Smarty, not happy at all with lack of ability to speak to someone about my kids phones not working properly,  separate accounts getting each others calls/texts!!! I will change provider if no human can help???

    LynBlac_2555774​ You cannot speak to someone straight away. Not having a telephone customer service keeps costs down and that is why most people join.

    Firstly, check each account that you have and make sure that it has the correct number associated with it.

    Then start a web chat with Smarty and after the chat bot, you can get to an agent - again via web chat.
