Phone isn’t accessing add on to work abroad
My step mother is in my smarty group and is on a cruise in Denmark, Sweden etc. I added on £25 of international data and calls but she’s not able to access it. Her phone was set up a few years ago when they went to Australia so unlikely the phone settings have reverted back. She also should have mobile data switched on as I can see she has used data from her usually monthly package. What else could be preventing access to her data? Hi, my father is in hospital and lost his phone. I have a new phone for him and already had a spare smarty sim, but I cannot figure out how to active the spare sim and set it up! Even with the instructions online. When I log in it to activate sim it just takes me to my normal view and I can’t find it anywhere - I got to a point where I was activating it before o logged in but then I don’t get it as I would need to make a new log in! I must be missing something? Seems easier if I applied for a new sim and was sent one in the post but this would delay me getting a phone to my dad. If you have multiple family sims with a monthly data allowance in a group plan, some sims may run out of data while on other sims, there is remaining data. Please allow group data allowance to be shared / transferred / pooled.
