Not receiving calls
I haven't been able to receive calls on my Smarty number for a while now. Anyone who tries to call me goes straight to voicemail. Text messages come through several hours after they've been sent. I also usually only get notified of receiving a voicemail by text at least 3 hours after the call took place, often more. I'm using two sim cards in my android phone, and the other works completely fine, but because that one is for a foreign number there's many things I can't do with it that require a UK number exclusively. I've tried things like resetting my network settings already, to no success. Any advice would be very much appreciated!Network Failure
Since Friday 2-Oct where I live Perton W-ton) I have had practically no service, phone calls texts & data! No explanation has been given as to what is going on other that some vague reference to maintenance (We're fixing an issue in this area at the moment and aim to have things back up-and-running as soon as possible. We're sorry for any disruption this may cause and will add any further updates here.) This applies to Smarty and Three but not apparently Vodaphone whose service remains just fine. I have had two accounts with you for well over five years and feel very disrespected by the failure to explain what is going on. Why won't any one explain what is going on or should I leave Smarty (three) I have spent over an hour trying to get this published!
Invalid sim
Hello is there any chance I can change my sim to an eSIM and it’s constantly disconnecting, its worrying me now as I use my phone for emergency phone calls and it’s just disconnecting and saying ‘no service’ and ‘no sim’ - spontaneously, and getting worse. I have checked sim in other phones it’s not working and also really want to keep my number. Please resolve me - thanks

Just recently taken up Smarty free offer of 40GB extra date, since I did my phone will only make calls on WiFi spent hours talking to support tried everything even sent out new sim card still no use phone sees the tower but when trying to connect just reports "unable to connect to network". The sim card works fine in my old phone so can only assume they have somehow locked me out during the package update anyone had a similar issue?
