56 TopicsScheduled Plan Change Failed Again (Evidence Attached) – Urgent Help Needed
I am looking for some help or advice from the community as I am now stuck without data despite having a confirmed plan change scheduled for today. The Background: I raised a complaint (Ref: 34545993#1355880) weeks ago regarding plan issues. I received a formal email from a Customer Excellence Associate on Dec 1st stating that I was placed on the 60GB for 8 pound offer, which would take effect from my next renewal date on 29/12/2025. The Issue: Today is Monday, 29th December. My previous plan has expired and shows 0KB left. However, the 60GB plan has NOT activated. Even though my Manage Plan screen clearly shows the 60GB/8 pound plan as a Scheduled plan change, the system is now asking me to manually renew or buy an add-on. The Proof: I have screenshots showing: My dashboard showing 0KB left and the reset date as today.[1] The email from SMARTY Complaints confirming the 60GB plan for today's date. [2] My Manage Plan screen showing the 60GB plan is correctly Scheduled but hasn't triggered.[3] This is the second month this has happened. I followed the instructions, waited for the reset, and the system has failed again. I am now without the service I was promised in writing. Has anyone else experienced a Scheduled Plan Change failing to trigger on the renewal date? How did you get it fixed without paying extra? I need help to understand why the update hasn't worked. Just read through the PAYG details but still a little confused. I understand the Sim Only Deal and paying up front for the service. So say I pay £6 for the basic sim deal, at the end of the month is the data/calls still available if I don't renew the deal? Does it roll over every month? I really want a extra SIM for my current deal because for all the will in the world I never use my data or calls, but I understand that this isn't available. So, in a nutshell... If I buy a SIM only deal for £6, does it roll over month after month? Ta45Views0likes0CommentsGroup Plan Discount Help
Hi everyone! 👋 I’ve just joined Smarty and recently created a group – I’m the admin. I’ve invited my friend to join via my referral link, and we’re just waiting for his SIM to arrive. Once it’s activated, he’ll be joining the group. I’m a bit confused about how the discounts work though. It’ll be a mix and match setup, as he uses more data than me. My plan is £6 for 10GB, and his will be £8 for 50GB. Willl he be the only one who gets the 10% discount, or do both of us get it once he joins the group? Just want to make sure I’ve understood it right before his SIM arrives. Thanks!58Views0likes2CommentsHelp

I havent changed sims I've just changed plans. Can someone explain and help me as this is stressing me out. My phone still works and im still connected to the smarty network. Edit - This is now all working and no longer saying paused but it's still saying ive activated a new sim and do I want to bring my number over. I still havent activated a new sim and am still using my previous smarty sim.16Views0likes0CommentsHelp

Hi, New user here. Are Smarty’s monthly plans one calendar month? ie do they renew on the same date each month (eg the 2nd) irrespective of whether there are 28,29,30 or 31 days in the month? Or do they last 30 days and the actual day they renew will vary slightly?Solved37Views0likes1CommentHelp needed - catch 22 situation
Hi, I didn't auto renew on my account and without pre-warning my plan has expired. I went into renew but because I have no network I cannot pay for renewal because I can't access my bank app to approve payment - what a vicious circle! Cannot access any help from Smarty as webchat down. There is no phone number to call either. So I am stuck without a phone access and can't think of anything else to do now except change provider which will take a few days to get a sim card delivered in the post. What a nightmare. Can anyone give me a number to call, or let me know where I can get any help? Many many thanks in advance.22Views0likes0Comments
