International calling.
I applied an add on of £15.00 to make International calls @30p per minute. It all ended within 7 mins. Whilst I am new to Smarty Phone I am beginning to think this is not working well and more expensive when the £20.00 unlimited plan and. now £15.00 add on has been gobbled up so quickly. Is there something I need to do to make the so called 30p per minute calls?
Misled and very annoyed
Just put my sim in my mini mobile router. I bought it so that when my wife goes on holiday, if she has no signal she could use wifi to whatsapp me. The advert read, there is no contract, which is what I wanted. I wanted to use it along the lines of PAYG, so in other words if I didnt want to pay anything one month I could just skip, all I wanted to start with is to try it at home then when my wife went on holiday, or I ended up in hospital, to see how it works and explain it to my wife, then I would top it up with a higher one month term. "ONLY AFTER PAYING" I find out if you stop the recurring payment they cancel, which means going through setting it all up again as a new plan. If I'd known we were going to be conned into paying every month I would not have joined. I am very disappointed. Does anyone else feel the same. The advert is very misleading and annoying. 3 sims 1 account (data only for dash cam)
I have 3 dash cameras & needing a data sim for each camera. Needing around 10gb per sim. what’s the best, cheapest and easiest way to have 3 sims and also to be controlled via one account? I have 2 now, using 2 different email accounts which is a pain having to log in and out of both accounts. thanks

I has this line on 2rd March, with plan of 40gb of £17 monthly, l cannot able to use the data for once, because it my second line. I try to chat for help to change my plan or cancel. Not through. I am cancel the subscription on my account, can anyone help how to reach the customer care service. Please
