Smarty Groups.
I've just come over from sky to smarty with their offer off 50 GB for £8.00 deal and I'd like to transfer my other sky SIM rolling contract over to smarty as well and join smarty group, but how do I do this? Do I select a deal and transfer the other SIM over then join smarty group?

I am regret purchase this line
I has this line on 2rd March, with plan of 40gb of £17 monthly, l cannot able to use the data for once, because it my second line. I try to chat for help to change my plan or cancel. Not through. I am cancel the subscription on my account, can anyone help how to reach the customer care service. Please

Social tarrif
I have tried to get the social tarrif more than 3 times by going through the process and still hasn't been sorted. My plan has ran out today and I should be paying for the social tarrif this month but im not getting the option.

100gb used in a matter of days!
I've been on the 100gb tarrif since joining SMARTY, yet a couple of days ago I got a message up saying I'd run out of data. I use Facebook and Insta on my phone. SMARTY are ripping me off.

Spending cap
I have just joined Smarty. Is there a way to prevent myself, and other members of my Group Plan, incurring any out-of-plan charges? Other networks that I have used previously have a spend cap facility, which could be set to zero. Does Smarty have anything similar?

Visual Voicemail
Any plans for Visual Voicemail for SMARTY and any other networks that use the 3 network infrastructure? Voicemail is quite 1990s in that it delivers a text with a just a phone number, so you have to dial voicemail in order to identify who the caller actually is? Most of the other networks in the UK now offer this feature (or hybrid notification by icon and caller info). 3 network in Hong Kong have visual voicemail, so why doesn’t the UK have this feature?

The group plan 'upgrade'
To make sure I understood, if I want to change to mix group plan of 16gb / £7.2, I have to give up my 24gb / £7, which I use now? Therefore pay more and get less, just so I can be....in a group? It seems that when you change to group plan - which would be great to manage entire family - you also have to choose different plans. Am I seeing right? Cheers
