when does the monthly bill get taken from my bank account ?
I got the message that says Resets in 8 days on Tuesday 24th Dec but what I would like to know is when is the exact date the money is taken from my account as I can't find nothing on the Smarty Dashb...
The money gets taken from your account on the day your plan resets. Smarty is a pre-pay service.. it's not like a pay monthly contract where a bill is produced then the money gets taken some days later.
Each time your plan resets you are paying in advance for the month ahead.
Or you can top it up yourself in the shop or
Pay by card for this month and cancel the direct debit and re set it for next month
