Hi All, with a new sim ported to keep my old number, i can make but not receive calls - they all go to voicemail which I have not yet set up? Android phone settings show nothing amiss so any ideas?

@PHouse  Have you had an email saying that the port has completed?

If so, it may be worth doing a network reset on the phone.

If it still does not work by tomorrow, I suppose that there is the possibility of a 'split port' and you will need to web chat with Smarty Support for assistance to sort it out.

Thank you for your reply. It transpires smarty have not fully ported in a week, and have left me in limbo and uninformed. Hate talking to endless bots before being granted access to a webchat. Very unimpressed

@PHouse If you do not want web chat, then you need to use one of the more expensive networks. Smarty keep costs down by using web chat.
