Yes you can, @MartinW_2307433. 

Roaming in Spain is within an inclusive EU destination, where you're able to use your plan UK allowance - subject to a limit of 12GB/month for roaming mobile data, if your plan has a UK allowance > 12GB, otherwise your plan data allowance applies.
