@SallyCh_1837876 If you have an active sim and a current Smarty plan, then you will need to obtain a PAC code from your previous network.
Once you have that, you can go to your account dashboard and give details of the number you want to bring over and the PAC code you have been given. The system should then show you a transfer date.
Normally, if you order before 5pm on a business day, it should transfer over by 5pm on the next business day.
