Reactivating Account With 50GB for £8 Offer

I am a smarty customer and deactivated my account as been abroad for 3 months.  I will arrive at Heathrow airport on the 23rd April and want to activate my account before I arrive.  However, when I went into my dashboard the 50GB for £8 offer I want was not showing.  How do I reactive my account with the 50GB for £8 offer? Please reply soon.

@AdrianS_2266893 If you see an offer that is not directly available to you when you log in, start a web chat with Support Team and request it. As @JJP2RidesAgain  correctly says, this has been covered many times and any more info will be available to you with a little research on the Smarty help pages.
