Ported to wrong sim card with a group

I have  ported a phone number to a data card in my group rather than a phone sim. 

Any idea how I can sort this out?  Can Smarty swop the numbers over or do I have to mess around getting PACs and moving numbers about?

@Bensimgym  You will definitely need to have a web chat with Support Team. You will not be able to do this yourself.

This is the Smarty community forum, populated by Smarty Users. We have no access to user accounts of course. 

You would need to start a webchat with Smarty for help. 

ALL Smarty SIM cards have a phone number assigned, even data only SIM cards. They wouldn’t work otherwise. Data only SIM cards just have calls and texts turned off, so my GUESS would be that Smarty just has to turn calls and texts on on your data only SIM card, which will then become a normal everyday SIM card.
