Had my number port in yesterday and can't receive texts or calls and had email say it was delayed too what can I do

@Stephan_2881239 If it is delayed, there isn't much you can do at the moment. You should receive an email when it is done and also you should see your own ported number on your account dashboard.
At present, you don't know the reason - it may be down to your old network not co-operating fully. If it is not done within reasonable time, have a web chat with Smarty Support or start a complaint to escalate it.
