Re-open account with a new sim card
I had an account with you 5 years ago that is now closed. I applied for a new sim which has arrived but I am unable to activate it as my account is closed on my email address. I have paid the first monthly £20 but can not activate the SIM card you sent.

You will need to contact Smarty Support via web chat to get their help on this if you gave them an old email address for a closed account. http://www.smarty.co.uk/contact
