Re-open account with a new sim card

I had an account with you 5 years ago that is now closed. I applied for a new sim which has arrived but I am unable to activate it as my account is closed on my email address. I have paid the first monthly £20 but can not activate the SIM card you sent.

    @KarenRil_267370​ You are posting on the Community Forum here and not directly to Smarty -we are customers like you.

    You will need to contact Smarty Support via web chat to get their help on this if you gave them an old email address for a closed account. http://www.smarty.co.uk/contact
