No phone calls
Switched to smarty from 02 , new sim in and activated but I cannot make calls

RayGilb_1832978 Firstly, check your Account Dashboard to see that it shows your activated sim and current Smarty plan. The activation process can sometimes take a few hours, so try turning the phone off and then on again to try and force it to connect to the network.

Done all that , network check, switch off switch on. Going to change my provider, cannot speak to a human on smarty

RayGilb_1832978 The price is kept down by not having a customer service telephone line. The only way is via the web chat.
