Why does my plan keep pausing despite the fact I’ve got it on auto renew?

This could be a few reasons, you may need to update your payment details if you have recently received a new card or your card has expired. You may also need to check the SMARTY app to make sure the auto-renew is on as this can be turned off is a payment has been missed.

i also have this problem. The toggle for auto renew seems to default to off on the app. If doesn't say auto renew on.

@JamieNa_2430591 Have you accessed your account dashboard via the web page instead? I often find this better.
