Plan paused
Why does my plan keep pausing despite the fact I’ve got it on auto renew?
i also have this problem. The toggle for auto renew seems to default to off on the app. If doesn't say auto renew on.
JamieNa_2430591 Have you accessed your account dashboard via the web page instead? I often find this better.
