New customer - change of plan

Hi ALL - anyone can help me with this please:  I have just joined but now have seen the same plan also still with SMARTY but for double the data at the same price - how do I go about changing as I have tried via my account and it is not there - seemingly only available via a third party link

@CraigRo_2833370 You can start a web chat with Smarty Support Team and ask for the offer. I assume that it was available at the time you joined, but for some reason you did not see it- is that correct? Was it not offered on the main website, or is it via a third party seller?

If it's a third party affiliated link such as Uswitch, then SMARTY will likely refuse your request. If it's a promotional plan seen through an ad or social media link, then SMARTY usually allows existing customers to switch plans.

Do come back and let us know if you were able to switch plans.
