[Network Issues] Service Update

We are aware that a small number of customers may be experiencing issues with our network this morning.

Our engineers are working hard to fix this as soon as possible.

Following yesterday’s network issue the majority of services have been fully restored. We are still observing around 1% of calls not placing correctly and our engineers are working to fully fix this. Data services are working normally. We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Yeah severe lack of customer service here - sort it out Smarty! this is NOT effecting 3, only Smarty sims, its not a small number of customers - save the script and give us an ETA on a fix please I NEED MY PHONE!

My connection has just started working, carried out a speed test and it is running not too bad.

My service returned around 8pm in the West Country but Wi-Fi calling isn't working yet.

I live in the West Country and service regained around 8pm or so. WiFi calling isn't working, however.
