[Network Issues] Service Update - Resolved

Following yesterday’s network issue the majority of services have been fully restored. We are still observing around 1% of calls not placing correctly and our engineers are working to fully fix this. Data services are working normally. We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused.

My unlimited data payment renewed today while i was asleep and now my phone isn't working. Im sure my phone was working before I went to sleep so something had to of happened while I was asleep and it wasn't physically me. When i log into the app it says my plan is renewed until next month so i can't pay again for it. I have an iphone and when i go to the cellular section in settings its telling me to add a cellular plan. Its reading the sim card yet theres no plan on the sim card for it to use. What do i do?
