You could web chat with Smarty Support or raise a Complaint.

actually i should delete that post. i figured out what the problem was. i was abroad and when i came back network switched to 3g for some reason and because smarty (or rather 3) just phased out 3g , so my phone was down. i couldnt see any network so didnt know it switched to 3g. anyway i went to check network settings and saw that and when i ticked 4g now smarty is back on my phone! the thing is when i was doing network checker it keeps saying smarty is doing some works in my areaโฆ just a bizarre coincidence

it was impossible to chat with smarty folks or even to a bot! only preset answers and topics. where did chat option disappear!?
