@RobertC_2114163 This is the Community forum and we are customers like you, so cannot access your account.
You can report your sim s lost/stolen/broken via your account dashboard and your account will be suspended and a replacement sim sent to you. Once you get the replacement, you activate it according to the instructions and your account is then live again.
