Loss of signal every few minutes

I am sorry to hear about the recent changes in your network connection.
It is common that bad weather can indeed affect your connectivity as the wind speeds may have damaged the mast in your area, causing issues with your service.

Thanks for your reply.
The situation has improved since I sought advice here. I am now getting 5g consistently, without all the drop outs in the signal.
There was an issue with the post code checker on the app, it would not accept my postcode as a real post code. I managed to use it on the website instead. It said there were no issues though, when there obviously were.
Now that it's up and running properly the 5g is much better than the 4g . Hopefully that will continue and I'll continue to be a happy, long term customer.
