Getting Started.
I bought a sim through my laptop, and I can't open it because I can't remember the password from when I bought it. Getting a link to a new password from my email account doesn't work, since I can't access it from the dead phone. Can anybody help?

Why is the phone dead?
You are obviously able to access the internet somehow to post here, so I suggest a web chat with smarty Support if all else fails.
