After having screwed my PIN and no access to the phone I came across a 'chat bot' I entered my query in that and relatively quickly got an answer and some help by tech support - a few minutes later I was back to normal. 🙂 Well done Smarty.

@phoenix It is SO refreshing to find somebody posting here with a bit of praise when they get good service. Glad it worked out well for you.
Some people seem to find it easier to whinge and gripe about everything but rarely acknowledge when things go well for them.

@jaktalbot1 You can get a PAC by texting the word 'pac' to 65075.
I believe you'll need to start a chat with Smarty support for the PUK code.
You may wish to edit your post to remove your number, as everyone who browses this forum can currently see it.
