EU Data Pass?

Hi, I am currently in Finland. 3 days before leaving, I purchased a Smarty unlimited data sim to use here, believing I could activate a 3-day EU data pass add-on. 

This is the website text: “On a 30GB plan or above? Heading on holiday in the EU? Then this is the add-on for you. This pass unlocks the 12GB EU roaming limit so you can use your full data allowance, with no restrictions.” 

I have now used the 12 GB EU fair usage amount, but I cannot see the add-on to buy? Where is it please?

Hi, this is a customer community forum and no one has access to accounts. I would recommend contacting customer services via the chat feature in the app and they will look into it.

Not 100% certain - I'm sure those with greater knowledge will put me right if I am wrong - it looks like you would need to buy another data plan, say 15Gb, and then use the fair usage allowance to roam.

As Wardysays says, you can also check with Support via chat.
