Entering a PAC code to an activated account
Hi, I've been using smarty for a few weeks and decided I want to Xfer my number to it.
Ive got the PAC from my previous provider, but there is no "My Number" option in the app where the instruction...
You can certainly do this via the website quite easily: https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/settings/phone-number
(I must admit that I cannot see how to do it on the app either 😖)

Why SMARTY CANT GIVE A PHONE NUMBER? WHY I CANT SEND THEM AN ENAIL.
WHY I can't get a PAC CODE FROM SMARTY? SMARTY HAS TAKEN £8.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT DID NOT CONNECT ME. I CANT NAKE A LOCAL CALL EVEN FROM THIS ROUG PROVIDER.
By Law these mobile companies must provide PAC CODE INSTANTLY. HOW CAN SMARTY GETS AWAY WITH THIS CRIME
