Three of my local masts have not been upgraded yet and as a result I can't use IPv6 while on these masts (probably about 99.9% of the time). I use Three mobile broadband and was having issues with Wifi Calling (it was working on other wifi networks like BT, Sky, Fibrus etc) but not on my Three provided internet connection. I found out that Three are switching everyone over to their IPv6 core, but for some people in rural areas they can't use certain services if on a non-upgraded mast (services like VoLTE aka 4G calling). So Three switched off IPv6 on my internet account and now I have Wifi calling working again. However, VoLTE/4G calling/HD calling does not work while my phones are on the home masts, but suddenly work when I go into larger towns and cities. I want to get IPv6 switched off on my Smarty accounts but can't get to talk to anyone technical who know what I am talking about and someone in the know please disable it for my Smarty accounts so I can make and receive calls again?!
