Continuous texts

Hi

 

Does anyone get continuous texts from the same person daily. I've had 14 identical texts. Is it a malfunction of the smarty server?

    I have not experienced that.

    Is it someone you know? Is it possible that they have a problem such that their network is repeatedly sending the same text?

    In the past, on a few occasions, I've received 2-3 identical texts from the same contact. The problems haven't reoccurred, so I'm guessing it was some kind of network fault at the time.

    If it's happening daily, with the same or multiple contacts, you'll probably need to get one of the SMARTY web chat agents to look at your account ValerieP_160962.
