Complete inability of SMARTY to transfer my old number..?!?!
Yes having same problem . Its been nearly 3 weeks now. Each time they put the date back.

Your Webchat Team in India are the problem. They have no idea what they are doing, they refuse to escalate anything properly or raise a complaint. I am now stuck with a phone that doesn't work properly and hasn't done since Thursday and instead of escalating it to your Porting Team, they want me to have no phone for 5 days whilst they waste time ordering a new SIM which is not the problem.
