My good friend Mr Google suggest that both phones will accept a nano sim (i.e. the smallest size).
If you remove the sim from the old and place into the new, you should have phone service.
however, the data is not stored on the sim and so you may need to upload all contacts etc from the old phone to a cloud-based account and then download to the new phone.....if you require the same information on the new one as you hade on the old one.
(I'm not expert with android as I'm a confirmed Apple-holic, so cannot give you exact step-by-step details for moving data)
