Calls cut off after a few seconds.
For over a week now I have been unable to receive calls during working hours but then in the evening calls are normal. The signal indicator on my One Plus phone shows no bars from approximately 09:00...
Whilst O2, EE and 3 customers are receiving refunds for the loss of signal in our area, I get "we do not have that type of information". Come on Smarty, surely you can assist a customer better than that? I know you are a "no frills" outfit but no signal for 2 weeks with no explanation or compensation is rubbish.
