I'll be testing SMARTY across Spain and Switzerland next month, and i think i will very likely need to use an EU data pass as i have in the past with other networks. But in the UK I've noticed the data connection has very slightly improved in the last few weeks. I don't have unlimited data on SMARTY as I have multi gig fibre at home, and my data use away from home is no more than 200gb a month. You really need to adopt support of RCS for Google phones though and a few other network oddities on SMARTY as compared to a direct connection with three or Vodafone.
